These engines are offered in a vast range of power ratings from 40 to 2000 hp. In an attempt to keep up with the growing demand for efficient and environmentally friendly engines, we work tirelessly to provide you with most recent manufacturer recommendations.

We encourage you to take a look at our remanufactured engines and used engines for different applications. These engines deliver durability, fuel efficiency, and a low cost of ownership that would be expected from a company such as ourselves.

Every remanufactured engine is built with 35+ years of engine experience. Our high-speed, medium-speed and low speed engines in a wide range of applications offer power solutions. Available in various power ranges, the complete line of remanufactured Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit and Mack engines ensure that you receive the following:

  • Durability
  • Fuel Efficiency
  • Low Cost of Ownership
  • Reliability
  • Maximum Uptime
  • Our Product Support

When these engines are remanufactured, we use the latest designed components such as pistons, rings, injectors, new improved camshaft(s), and newly designed turbochargers. In doing so, we improve combustion under different loads, temperature conditions, and optimize the newly remanufactured engine. These engines are always configured to the latest improvements of the engine manufacturer's recommendation, whether it has a mechanical fuel injection system or electronic control module (ECM).

The fuel system is precisely adjusted & configured to charge-air cooling (also called aftercooling) - a system which takes the cooling of hot, pressurized air from turbochargers prior to entering the combustion chamber. Cooler intake air helps reduce NOX emissions. This system also aids with fuel delivery and combustion timing, to achieve the greater flexibility while burning cleaner and delivering the necessary fuel efficiency.

These are only a few improvements and advantages of using remanufactured diesel engines. Remanufactured engines meet the improved OEM specifications that are different from the original design of the engine. Your newly remanufactured engine will, therefore, be smoother and more efficient than it was originally delivered to you, while being much more cost effective than a brand new engine.

Process for Ordering Your Remanufactured Engine

We need for you to provide us with your old engine's Serial number and Arrangement/CPL number. If we do not have your specific engine in stock, in most cases we can still rebuild one for you.

We sell our engines on an exchange basis. We ship you a remanufactured long block and you ship us your core. Once you receive your reman long block, all you have to do is have your mechanic transfer your old accessories from the old engine to the new long block. Once your engine is up and running, send us your core and we will refund your core deposit.

Time Frame for Obtaining Your Engine

Since turnaround time is important to us and our customers, we specialize in selling engine blocks. In some cases we can provide complete engines, however this greatly increases the time it takes to rebuild the engine. If we don't already have your engine in stock, we can generally produce a remanufactured engine block ready-to-ship within a week.
